Buy Firearms Online
Firearms and stripped receivers, transferred through a licensed dealer in your state. Never shipped to a private address.
Short answer Hilltop Armory lists 24 firearms and receiver products. A firearm ordered here is shipped to a licensed dealer in the buyer’s state, who runs the federal background check and completes the transfer. Nothing is shipped to a private address.
What we list
This is a small, deliberately narrow selection rather than a full gun counter — 24 products at the time this page was built. It sits alongside the ammunition catalogue, which is where most of our stock is.
- Ar15 8 in stock listings
- ar15 upper 6 in stock listings
- SHOTGUNS 5 in stock listings
- Ar 15 lower 4 in stock listings
- Semi Automatic Rifles 1 in stock listing
A stripped lower receiver is legally a firearm, even though it will not fire anything on its own. It is serialised, it is entered in our bound book and it transfers through a dealer exactly as a complete rifle does. An upper receiver, a bolt carrier group and the other parts on this site are not firearms and ship straight to you.
How a firearm transfer works
The process is the same for every firearm, and it is set by federal law rather than by us:
- You choose a receiving dealer. Any FFL in your state who accepts transfers. Most charge a fee for the service; that fee is theirs and is not part of the price you pay us.
- We ship licensee to licensee. The firearm goes from our licence to theirs. It never goes to a residential address.
- They run the check and you collect in person. You complete ATF Form 4473 at their counter and they run the background check. Your state may add its own step — a waiting period, a permit, a state-level check — and that step is theirs to apply.
- A denial is theirs, not ours. If the transfer cannot lawfully complete, the firearm comes back and we refund it less shipping.
The FFL and licensing page explains what our licence is and how to verify it against the ATF’s own records.
What we will not do
We will not ship a firearm to a private address, we will not ship to a state or city whose law prohibits the model, and we will not complete a sale where the buyer cannot lawfully receive it. Magazine capacity limits and feature restrictions differ by state and can make a specific configuration unlawful where you live; confirming your own jurisdiction is your responsibility before you order.
About this page
The categories and counts above are read from this store’s own catalogue. The transfer process described is the federal procedure under 18 U.S.C. Chapter 44 as it applies to a Type 01 dealer; it is how this business operates and is not legal advice.
