Who writes what you read here, which primary source each page is built on, and what we refuse to publish.
Short answer Everything published on Hilltop Armory is written or checked against a primary source — the SAAMI standards, the manufacturer’s own data, or the text of the law — and signed off by the licence holder before it goes live.
What we claim, and what we do not
We are a licensed dealer, not a publisher, and we are careful about which of those two things we claim to be. Nobody here is a lawyer, a ballistician or a gunsmith by trade. What we have is a federal licence, a stocked catalogue and access to the same primary sources the manufacturers publish.
So our editorial standard is narrow on purpose: we publish what we can point at, and we leave out what we cannot.

The rules we hold ourselves to
- A figure without a source does not get published. An empty field is honest. An invented one is not.
- We do not restate marketing as specification. A manufacturer’s performance claim is their claim, and it is labelled as such.
- We do not publish reviews we did not receive. No stock testimonials, no invented star counts, no borrowed photographs of other people’s customers.
- We do not claim services we do not provide. If we do not run a range or teach a course in your city, no page on this site will imply that we do.
- Corrections are made in place and the page is re-dated. We do not quietly delete a page that was wrong.

Tell us and we will check it against the primary source. Email support@hilltoparmoryllc.com with the page and the figure you believe is wrong. If you are right, we fix it and re-date the page.
Corrections are welcome from anyone. We would rather hear it from a customer than leave a bad number in front of the next one.
